Due to the growing concern regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are continuing to monitor and follow the advice from the Government and Public Health Wales, however Auxilium Engineering Services remain open for business as usual.
The situation is constantly evolving, and we continue to review the guidance in order to mitigate the impact of Coronavirus throughout our business, thereby minimising the risk to ourselves, our colleagues and our clients.
We have robust measures and policies in place to mitigate the risk and spread of the virus, so that our business can continue to fully operate during these uncertain times. These include:
• enhanced flexible working
• fully tested remote and cloud-based IT working capabilities
• travel restrictions
• self-isolation protocols
• virtual meetings through Skype or Teams
• as usual we are all contactable on our office telephone number and mobile phones
In order to observe the Governments containment and delay objectives, together with the safeguarding and wellbeing of our staff and wider communities, we have enhanced our Business Continuity Plan to include our responses to Coronavirus, so that we can respond swiftly, positively and flexibly to changes as and when they arise, whilst ensuring the best possible service to our clients. With the above measures in place we are able to operate on a ‘business as usual’ footing until life is back to normal, which will hopefully be sooner rather than later.
