The Clyne Castle residential development consisted of the conversion of a Grade II listed building into 17 luxury apartments, along with 15 luxury new build houses and the conversion of a coach house into 3 town houses. The project value was approximately £20m and incorporated a wide range of mechanical and electrical services.

One of the challenges was to ensure compliance with the newly introduced building regulations at the time. This was achieved through close collaboration with the architectural team to provide a cost effective construction solution.
The solution was a design consisting of discreet building services whilst still providing modern systems that complied with energy efficiency targets.
